I ordered from discountmedicalsupplies.com and most of what showed up was exactly what I picked, so that was good. One item did come in a different size than I selected, though. Was it the end of the world? No, since I could still use it, but was it annoying? Definitely. Shipping was fine, nothing special. I’d probably order again, but I’d double-check everything next time before placing the order

I had a decent experience overall. They had a good range of supplies, and I was able to find wound care items, gloves, and a few home health products without having to dig around too much. A couple of the brands I wanted were out of stock, which was a little frustrating, but honestly?? They still had way more options than my local store. Ordering was simple enough, so I’d probably use them again.

"Legit, but the wait was annoying"
I ordered from them once and everything seemed legit. My payment went through without any issues, I got tracking, and the items showed up as described. The only thing that really bugged me was how long shipping took. I kept checking the tracking and waiting around, which got frustrating. Overall it was fine, just slower than I would’ve liked

I’ve ordered from discountmedicalsupplies.com a couple of times now. The prices are really okay, but the big issue for me has been product availability. A few things I needed were out of stock, and one item looked available when I ordered but turned out not to be. Customer service did get back to me, it just took a little while. Overall, it’s not a bad site, I just really wish the stock info was kept more up to date.

"Decent prices, but it depends what you’re buying"
I checked this out one evening after dinner because I was trying to avoid going back to my local store for the third time that week. A few things were definitely cheaper than what I usually pay, which was nice, but once shipping got added, some of the prices ended up being pretty much the same. It’s not a bad option at all, just worth comparing before you order. I’d probably use it again for certain items, but not as my go-to for everything.

The payment itself went through fine, but I was a bit annoyed by how unclear the billing process was. The invoice didn’t show up right away, and there wasn’t much communication about when I should expect it, so I had to keep checking back

I did get my order, but the shipping took longer than I expected. It wasn’t the worst experience, just kind of slow. The item itself is a little frustrating too because it seems to work when it wants, which makes it hard to be too excited about it.

I had a smooth experience ordering from discountmedicalsupplies.com. The site was easy enough to use, my supplies showed up when they were supposed to, and the prices seemed fair to me. Everything was packed well too, which is always a relief, isn’t it? I did have one quick question, and they got back to me fast, so I really can’t complain. I’d order from them again

Sending the item back was straightforward, so no issue there. The only frustrating part was how long the refund took to come through. It wasn’t a huge problem, but the delay felt avoidable and made the whole experience a bit more annoying than it needed to be.

I wasn’t home when it showed up, so I didn’t get around to opening it until later that evening after it had been sitting by the door for a bit. I always get a little nervous with deliveries like this because you never know how they’ll be handled, but everything turned out fine. The box was clean, not crushed, and nothing inside was leaking or damaged. Overall, happy with it.

"Quality was just okay"
Umm, the quality was alright overall, but a few of the items felt kind of cheap to me. Not terrible, just not as nice as I was expecting.
